We use your introduction to assess fit, prepare for a conversation, and contact you about your project.

What we collect

The contact information and project answers you submit, your acknowledgment of this notice, and delivery records for related emails. We use short-lived request counters to help prevent abuse.

Who handles it

Vaquero Labs, a Yeetum LLC Company, reviews your submission. Cloudflare hosts and protects the intake; Resend delivers related emails. If you choose to book, Cal.com handles scheduling under its own privacy terms. This intake does not send your answers to an AI provider or subscribe you to marketing.

Keep sensitive information out

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, bank records, medical information, or private customer data. A project overview is enough.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email contact@vaqueros.dev to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We retain submitted information while reviewing and following up on your project; client project records may need to be retained separately. Deletion requests must also account for provider records, backups, and any required retention.
