Angel · $25K–$100K

Post-money SAFE or convertible note. Early technical conviction, a clear customer problem, and strong founder-market fit.

Pre-seed · $100K–$250K

Usually a post-money SAFE. A working prototype, technical evidence, and a credible path to customer validation.

Seed · $250K–$500K

SAFE, convertible note, or preferred equity, often alongside other investors. Early revenue or strong commercial validation.

Terms & follow-on

Valuation, cap, discount, pro rata, governance, reserves, and lead or co-investor role are determined case by case after diligence.

We review architecture, product truth, defensibility, bill of materials, manufacturability, supply-chain exposure, customer evidence, unit economics, the fully diluted cap table, and the way founders make decisions under uncertainty. North Texas can be your headquarters, operating base, production network, or a clear source of future technical and economic impact.
